GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND SCOPE

Mellissa Fashions (PVT) Ltd, maintains the internet portal www.mellissafashions.com , an online fashion store. Through www.mellissafashions.com , customers will be able to view all our products we have offered and purchase them online. This online store only directs customers who are end users of legal age. These terms and conditions are applicable to all the contracts as well as the general business relationships between Mellissa and its customers. We do not accept any other terms and conditions other than the terms and conditions we have explicitly stated.

USE OF mellissafashions.com

  • As a customer, you will be asked to submit your personal data as a part of the registration. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is complete and accurate. After you have completed the registration process, you will receive an email informing the confirmation of your registration. To facilitate access to the online service on www.mellissafashions.com , you will receive a password. It is your responsibility to keep this password and any other access data confidential and to protect it from intrusion by unauthorized third parties.
  • In the password protected area, you can access your recently couriered and/or completed orders. In addition, you can change, administer and save your own data and potential subscriptions of newsletters.

PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES

  • If you wish to order our products, the prices for the relevant items at that time will be displayed on our page along with the relevant item. These prices are exclusive of taxes and the final price (inclusive of taxes) will be displayed on the shopping cart page.
  • We accept any kind of credit card (Visa, Master). We will send the invoice to your credit card immediately after the dispatch of your order.

VOUCHERS

  • Vouchers are only valid for the period announced at maximum of 6 months from the time of issuance. An extension or a transfer to another user/ customer is not possible.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable.

DELIVERY

  • We usually deliver within 4-6 working days of placement of the order. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
  • We would like to inform our customers that when purchasing products of www.mellissafashions.com, you are eligible to return any item within 7 days of
  • receipt for a full refund according to the rules and regulations stated below.
  • In case of manufacturing defects of the item, it can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than a week after the pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be canceled. Similarly, if the product is couriered and has not been dispatched from the customer after a week of the refund initiation, the refund request will be canceled.
  • We will only accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use within the first 7 days of receipt.
  • All items should be securely and safely packed to prevent any loss or damage during the transit, and it should be in original packaging (tags, etc.).
  • To get the full refund for the returned item within 7 days, you have to be sure that the product is undamaged and dispatched.
  • If you wish to return the product, you have to inform us within 7 days of receiving the package in writing to us through Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp or Email (mellissafashions@gmail.com). Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
  • Please note that the courier charges will not be reimbursed.

RETURN OPTIONS

01. Returns via courier collection or the nearest post office

  1. Drop us a message through the same platform you reached us (Facebook/ Instagram/ Whatsapp) or call us (Contact – +94 707 702 702) with the following details such as order number, product code, reason for the return.
  2. Once we inform the courier company, they will pick up your product. If the product is faulty/damaged or incorrect, no courier fee will be charged. If not, Recipient will need to pay LKR 450 to the Courier company. You can also send the package through a registered post from your nearest post office to the following address;- No. 175/1C, Palenwatte, Pannipitiya.
  3. Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer.
  4. Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or different colors of the same item.
  5. Once the items have been received, we will undergo a quality review.
  6. Your request for an exchange will be processed within 7 days of receiving the garment.
  7. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tag intact. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we are unable to return the item.

02. Please note,

  1. We will only be refunding damaged or faulty items. We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange on the sales items.
  2. We will arrange the courier free of charge in the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us are damaged or defective, or if the item delivered is different from what you
    have ordered.
  3. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in full resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item.
  4. We will refund the delivery charge when a product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
  5. The above policies are subject to change by the Management of Mellissa Fashions (PVT) Ltd at any time without prior notice to the customer.
